Gtr2 Fia Gt 2005 Mod
Service Pack A update: - GTL-GTR2 Mod by scca1981 This will be the final full release. This is a 90% direct conversion. No meshes or textures were edited from GTL. Physics and sounds are also a direct conversion with the exception of the side exhaust corvettes.
//- Bugs-The Porsche 911 interior banners are causing issues and are not available. 1 car (forget which one) has no mirrors. A couple cars do not have full cpit lights.
Still no working animated pop-up headlights. No int driver for TC Jaguar //- INSTALL- It is advised to erase any previous versions. To install drop the gamedata folder included into your main GTR2 directory. Drop it into your MAIN directory. Example X:/GTR2. BE SURE TO DELETE ANY FOLDER NAMED LEGENDS BEFORE THE NEW INSTALL!!!
This will be located in your Gamedata/Teams folder. Also note that any add-ons will need to be updated. //- CREDITS- Conversion - scca1981 Single Makes GDB - Sunlap2 Advise and bug assistance - GTR2 community Everything else - Simbin //- PERMISSIONS- Open permissions for the most part. I do however ask that any sound or physic modification be cleared with me first.
These items technically do not need modification as they are a direct conversion. We need to keep one main version for online use to prevent mis-matching. If you enjoy this conversion I advise you purchase the full GTL game. It can be found for very cheap as it is over 2 years old now.

As you correctly say Colvin35 did do most of the skins (in particular 03-05) and those skins were on his website, Turn4graphics. Unfortunately that site is 'updating', which actually means it's pretty much inactive. Annoyingly, I did speak to someone named JimC if the skins could be brought back online, supposedly he said he would look through the stuff he had on the server and eventually get to uploading them, but that was 6 months ago. So I wouldn't get your hopes up over there. Unless one of our kind members can upload them here, if they have those files.

they released a far better version with updated rear wings and more Lol, I made those two packs (996 and 550) with help from Aiacos and a 3d moddeler at that time, i guess 4 years ago, jeez how fast the timez goes. Yes that's it, I have all three of those mods The reason I thought to post the links especially the F550 was so the skinners here the few who didn't have those mods could make some of the few remaining real skins that haven't been made yet The great thing about Your F550 mod is that any F550 made for the regular GTR2 model can easily be adapted to Your mod A good example of that is this Ferrari that raced in the FIA GT series in 2008 finished 4th at San Luis just missing the podium by one That car skin looks great on Your mod with the correct rear wing You must be and to see this link.
